this means we're back (at least until the insurance runs out).

For those who don't know where we are or if you've forgotten.
Turn towards the college off Sandgate Road, left at the T
intersection, follow the road up the hill and around the corner then
take the right after the raised pedestrian crossing, follow the road
down between the large carparks and past the Bingo Hall entrance, and
turn right into the carpark (Entry is through the main Auditorium doors
towards the side of the building, NOT through the Main Reception area).
